Courses advertised by training providers. You apply and pay on the provider's own website — Praetonix does not take course bookings or fees.
Some features are restricted: applying for work, posting jobs and messaging need an active membership; Close Protection listings and business, bar and venue chats are limited to accounts approved by Praetonix admins.

Privacy in communities
Community profiles show only a photo, your name or chosen nickname and your general work role. Private licence details never appear in ordinary community profiles.
Close Protection
A separate, restricted area
- Close Protection operatives require manual verification by a Praetonix administrator.
- Uploading a licence does not create verified status on its own.
- The CP operative directory is restricted to authorised security businesses and administrators.
- Close Protection tenders are held as pending admin approval and released to eligible businesses only after an administrator approves them.
Ordinary security workers are not individually verified by Praetonix; employers review the information members provide.

- Prices shown are the amount charged; no VAT is added at checkout.
- No free trial. Membership starts as soon as your first payment is taken.
- No contract — cancel any time from your profile. Access continues to the end of the paid month.
- Prices may increase to reflect inflation-related increases in the reasonable costs of running the service. If your price is going up we email you at least one calendar month before the first payment at the higher rate, with the reason, both prices and the exact date, and you can cancel before then without penalty. A period already paid for is never re-priced.

What is Praetonix?
Praetonix is a professional network for the security industry across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. It brings together security work, training, employers and regional communities in one app.
Who can join?
Security officers, door supervisors, CCTV operators, stewards, close protection operatives, security businesses, venues, event organisers and training providers.
Can stewards use it?
Yes. Stewarding and event roles that do not require a licence are supported. Roles that legally require an SIA or PSA licence are only open to members who hold the right licence.
Is Praetonix available on Android and iPhone?
Praetonix is not yet published on Google Play or the Apple App Store. It runs as a secure web app that you can install on your Android or iPhone home screen from your browser. Store links will appear on the Get Praetonix page as soon as the listings are live.
Can I use it in a browser?
Yes. Praetonix works fully in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
How much does membership cost?
Professional membership is £1 per month in the UK and €1.20 per month in the Republic of Ireland. Business membership is £5 per month in the UK and €6 per month in the Republic of Ireland. Billed monthly, cancel any time.
Who can see my licence details?
Licence details are private. They are not shown in regional community chats or ordinary community profiles. They are shared with employers and administrators only where you apply or where access is authorised. Close Protection operative status requires manual Praetonix admin verification — uploading a licence alone does not make you verified.
